The Fine Print
We will gladly accept returns in the form of store credit or exchange within our provided time frame if you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Your account, with the Guise Archives Eyewear Co. will be credited accordingly. The account is developed with the Guise Archives Eyewear co. upon your initial purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 7-15 day store credit return/exchange policy. The store credit return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after we SHIPPED the item, not 15 days from the day the item was received. All store credit returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED.
Sales on customized items like prescription lenses, custom-cut sun lenses, repairs, etc are FINAL.
Shipping/ Online Sales:
- We have a 15 Day return policy from the date the item shipped.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A returned item will also be charged a 10% restocking fee and the cost of our initial shipping method.
Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of your intentions. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item for store credit. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance on the item shipped to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages for an item you are intending to return. We will not accept items past this time period; No "store credit" will be given. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within THREE DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
