The Fine Print

- We have a 15 Day return policy from the date the item shipped.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A returned item will also be charged a 10% restocking fee and the cost of our initial shipping method.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the return charge to process 

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within our provided time frame, if you find that you are not satisfied with your item. Your account will be credited accordingly. We will credit the value of your item purchased onto your account. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 15 day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after we SHIPPED the item, not 15 days from the day the item was received. All Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please allow 7 days for the return fee to be processed.

Please contact us at sales@guiseshop.com to inform us of your intentions. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.

It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance on the item shipped to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages for a item you are intending to return. We will not accept items past this time period. No "store credit" will be given. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be addressed to: info@guiseshop.com
